The best time to visit Children Waterfall is from May to October when the waterfall is most beautiful thanks to large amount of water during the rainy season. The natural scenery along the path to the waterfall is beautiful. The area around the waterfall is inhabited by H’Mong ethnic people.

Afternoon:
To visit the Children Waterfall, you can choose to hike or ride a motorcycle (or take a motorbike taxi). This small beautiful waterfall is nestled between the mountains and the spectacular terrace fields. It is about 5 km from Nam Dam village, flowing down from a height of about 30m. Here, you can enjoy swimming in the cool and pure water. The area around the waterfall is inhabited by H’Mong people who are hospitable to welcome you to visit their homes. After visiting the waterfall area, you can ride the motorcycle back to Nam Dam village or hike back to the village along a trail through forests, mountains, streams.
Note: You need to be careful if swimming in the waterfall, there is a whirl pool that can be dangerous.
