My parents and I really enjoyed our trip. As we didn't know much about Truly Ha Giang (I only read an advertising message on Facebook sent by Thuy if I remember) we didn't know what to expect of the trip to Ha Giang Province. We were nicely surprised. Everything was well organized, guides were awesome,  we ate tasty and different food every day, landscapes were beautiful and we enjoyed meeting people living in the mountains. Thuy was great to deal with. As we had many questions and requests, she replied to every single question and arranged the tour at best to suit our requirements. Everything was great with Thuy. Now what could be improved... I know it won't help you, but we barely see anything to improve. Everything was as expected, sometimes even better than our expectations. The trip really suited us. It was great, we left Ha Giang Province with beautiful memories :)
